Tickets are $1 each for Tier 2 Premium Luck of the Draw prizes, or exchange five $1 tickets for one entry for a chance to win a Tier 1 Premium Luck of the Draw prize.
Tier 1 prizes include an Xbox One, a GoPro, an iPad Mini 16GB with Wi-Fi, an E.D.G.E. Party Trailer Birthday Party, and Disney Park Hopper Tickets.
Tier 2 prizes include Beats by Dr. Dre Headphones, a Nikon Coolpix L330 Digital Camera, Jiffy Lube Live reserved seats, three golf foursomes with carts, two ski packages, and a stay at Poplar Springs Inn & Spa.
Don’t forget the 25 fabulous classroom baskets up for grabs, too.
This is an event your family won’t want to miss! Thank you, and we hope to see you at Bingo Night!
The Spring Scholastic Book Fair is right around the corner! We are having the Book Fair from March 16-20. Family Night is Tuesday, March 17 from 5-8 p.m. Monday / Tuesday are preview days and Wednesday / Thursday of that week will be purchase days. Friday will be an all-call to purchase.
Interested in volunteering for the book fair? There will be a flier going home this week in student backpacks. Please keep an eye out for it, and return it to us as soon as you can. We will call to confirm the date and time.
If you have any other book fair questions, please feel free to contact Miss Haggerty at HaggerJL@pwcs.edu
Grades 3-5 Student Email Accounts
Microsoft's new Student Advantage Program permits downloading and use of the entire Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, Lync, Outlook, and Access) on up to five compatible PCs or Macs at no charge.
The free program is open to students in grades 3-12. Downloaded software can be used by family members too. It includes free automatic updates, and is good for as long as students remain in Prince William County Public Schools. Access to Microsoft's OneDrive makes it easy to synch data between personal computers.
Students must login to their email on the PWCS network first before you will have access at home. All students will have completed this process by mid February. Their password paper will come home with them once they have logged in at school.
Congratulations to our Spelling Bee Winner, Janet Lu! She will go on to participate in the 37th Annual Prince William County Spelling Bee at Godwin Middle School on March 13, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.
